Pros

Hands down: company values and culture. In today's world it is hard to find a company that values customer service as much as Maurices does.

Cons

Unfortunately, It is a salary based position and it is very common to put in well over 40 hours in a work week. Also, the pay is low in general, but the way they value their employees can sometimes make up for it.

Pros

Discounts on clothes, sometimes even free jeans. Customer service training is good practice.

Cons

Racism, lack of diversity, conservative values, no opportunity for growth. Extreme pressure on employees to take care of everything. They have no marketing department, they make the associates do them. Work is intense.
