Pros
-Discount -Health Insurance is great! -The merchandise is really cute. -WIth the kind of customer service we offer, we get to make really good relationships with a lot of people.
Cons
-A lot of things to get done, not a lot of time to do it -Too much pressure put on credit cards and when you don't get them, it's almost like the end of the world -A lot of emphasis put upon stats, which sometimes causes us to be seen as pushy
