      Pros

      Great discount to have. A lot of community involvement encouraged.

      Cons

      Need more payroll hours. Managers can not fave to work life balance that they claim to promote. If you're single with no kids, it's perfect!

      great discount on clothing potential for growth nice rewards for stores who meet certain sales qoutes

      Cons

      dealing with the public has its negatives especially in retail push to sign people up for credit cards

      Pros

      It's a place that helps you to succeed if that's what you choose. It's competitive and fun. Makes the challenges a place I look forward to going to. If you love shopping it's the best because you do it everyday with every customer!!!

      Cons

      Just like any other retail job out there you have to work alot of nights and weekends. It's a sacrifice that you have to make as far as familt time is concerned. You still get time just not the regular time as a 9-5 job would be. For me Pros outweigh the Cons.
