Pay could be more, especially for management. The main issue is the favoritism shown in hiring, promotion, and working in general. The manager has favorites as well as a company snitch. The environment is very high school and clique-ish. Due to that, I would'nt advise anyone to work there. There is also to much pressure to make goals that are sometimes set too high. To much blame on workers when there are external factors to consider (weather, holidays, location, etc.). Corporate should visit there stores more so the company can actually improve. Also too much tasking is assigned with little time.
