Pros

Discount program is robust as is the medical insurance for full-time associates.

Cons

The work load and unrealistic expectations from DL. Pettiness from DL always siding with associates over the leader. DL never gives me the benefit of the doubt nor wants to hear my side of the story. She always assumes that I am in the wrong without investigating. Constant conference calls with no real solutions for stores that are struggling.

They expect a lot from you and it can become stressful for managers which is like a domino effect for everyone else.

Poor company communication, lack of work life balance, they won’t tell you that you have to be on call all the time but you basically are, a lot of stress and unrealistic expectations are put on the field team,
