The most condescending, rude, two-faced coworkers. The management treats you like dirt. The part time stylists act like they run the store when manager isn’t there. Older employees do not listen to part time managers because they think that they have been there longer so they know more. Employees that have been there longer treat the new employees horribly. Constant eye rolls and snobby remarks from employees. I had absolutely no training. And then manger gets pissy when I don’t know how to do something. I was given keys and told to open on my SECOND day. No guidance, no opening instructions, nothing. I had to go out of my way to ask for training that should have been provided to me as a new employee. So happy I left! No more bombarding customers as soon as they walk through the door. No wonder customers prefer online shopping. I wouldn't want to be followed around the store and hounded about applying for a credit card every 5 minutes either. Will never recommend Maurice’s for employment or shopping.
