      Pros

      40% discount, plus extra 20% off sale items, with the opportunity to earn an extra discounts or cardloads! Always have something to do, whether it's inventory-related or training. The store manager worked with her people so there was an awesome work-life balance! Gifts, treats, and money gifts from corporate for exceeding goals, high recognition for your work.

      Cons

      Sales goals can equal shady co-workers or super competitive environment. The store manager can hire whomever she wants, so I saw a lot of close friends come and go...and do whatever they wanted while on the clock. Promoted internal growth, but rarely saw it.
