if you like working everyday and want tons of overtime 60,70 hours a week bway is the place to go.

Cons

under staffed. under paid. overworked. daily schedule changes no home work life balance. outdated technology. low budgets for improvement. unrealistic demands. the list can go on for days the company only cares about money and the big bosses only care about their 7 figure bonuses so if you work at bway as a vice president or higher life's great otherwise it sucks.

Cons

Contract and temp employees should be treated as nicely as regular employees and included at company events. Sitting by myself as they all went off to their holiday lunch was lonely and exclusionary
