The human resource department provides little to no support to their employees. Allows Plant managers to treat employees in a bully type environment with no accountability or repercussion to their actions.

Lousy leadership, the good ole boys club enviorenment, poor guy that work in the back are not compensated wel at all. High turnover

No free time,work 6-7 days a week almost all year. No air condition in the plant.
