We get overtime ALOT OF IT.

I worked at the Lawton rd for 20 years . Went from machine operator to forklift. They pay is terriable. New people got higher raises then the people who worked for years. They ended up taking away all of our vacations and time we had accumulated for years just because they needed us to work. The manager was the worst. Can never talk to HR. HR was never available. I got tired of being their puppets treating employees like they were animals and when I told them I would be putting my 2 week notice my manager said “ do you want me to bring a marachi band” after working 20 years for this company they say that. I quit right there and then. Worst place to work. I felt like a slave. All because we speck spanish and can’t defend our self.

If you are a VP or Director than you are ok to apply as they give grossly overpaid bonuses to the upper management and higher, I mean your bonus can easily be over 50,000 and you could only have been there for 5 months, that is how they paid the Director of Payroll

Cons

this company does not value its hardworking employees , heard too many horror stories and been through my own....while working here...most or nowadays ALL(because they fired all the good people in 2022 ) management DID not approve, They even FIRED MARK BURGESS and hired some young man who stutters with no experience in the new position of being a CEO...just money hungry stakeholders here at this company.

Pros

There are no pros. They pay better than most places but that is just to get you in the door so they can abuse you and treat you like a second class citizen. Common knowledge is that you are treated like gum on the bottom of a shoe.

Cons

There are too many to list. This is a horrificly run company with an extremely high turnover rate. 5th plant manager in 5 years and they are still looking for another one. Big salary but horrible working conditions. Management is clueless. Wouldn't be surprised if they shut it down eventually.
