      There were some cool employees there to talk to at times.

      Cons

      If they could've kept it all white, they would've. I didn't find many black people treated decent there.

      Pros

      Proven business with a large, global footprint. Challenging, fast-paced environment that rewards those that put in the work and take ownership. There are plenty of opportunities for those who enjoy process improvement and change management.

      Cons

      Systems can be challenging and data integrity is a consistent struggle for an organization this size because of the number of previous acquisitions which brought on systems largely incompatible with existing ones. There isn't a formal talent development process here. If you come from a more structured, process-oriented company and are looking for that, you may struggle in this environment. Your development here will depend on you taking on projects and new responsibilities that will provide you with the new skills & experiences you desire.
