      Pros

      Most of the employees were nice and there was overtime.

      Cons

      Supervisors talk to employees poorly and then go sit in their office and play on the internet during the whole shift and upper management was o.k. with this. High turn over rate. Anti-union shut our sister plant down.

      Great people. Office manager is helpful and understanding of work life balance

      Benefits in 2023 we're great if you made 6 figures but for normal workers it was more expensive than any job.
