Pros

New plant manager and quality manager are good players in this facility, not so much the rest.

Cons

Toxic long term employees, shocking that these unknowledgable employees would mock and disrespect a master Molder and engineer. This says alot about BWay as a whole. These people call themselves injection molders...I call them novalty junk molders. I asked for a drawing with nominal and tolerances and they had no clue what this means.

No free time,work 6-7 days a week almost all year. No air condition in the plant.

401 K and salaries seem competitive. HR is very approachable and friendly

Cons

High deductible medical plan is the only plan. Unless you are part of the office fraterninty in Oak Brook do not plan to be included in anything but last minute requests to do their work. Managers are arrogant and out of touch, only focused on the hourly results without a 2-5 year plan. Management deflects solution solving and is more focused on lining their pockets at the cost of employees and customers. Quality of products are lackluster and customers are leaving. Upper management lines their pockets with special dividends at the cost of high interest rates 10% and burdening the company with 1 billion in debt...
