      Pros

      Insurance and Benefits. Management is friendly and easy to talk to. Great learning experience and they usually hire from within the company.

      Cons

      Depending on your shift you will either love it or be so overworked you can't move. Most of the people dont work or follow the simple rules and if you are doing your job you are expected to do theirs as well. The long hours and added work doesn't work with the 12 dollar an hour job. This would be an amazing job and place to work if within the first 90 days you were not expected to run multiple machines and train others all while maintaining quality and paperwork for your machines and others with no hope of training pay or even a small bonus.

      Bway great pay and work as much as you want.

      Cons

      safety is a joke not even a practice here forget it, they'll work you to the bone and everything at this company is wore out and busted they want quality from crap. they try to replace 40 years experience with no experience.

      Recession Resistant Pay is good

      Cons

      Constant fear culture from upper management. Health insurance is junk... $2600 yearly deductible and then your insurance will only pay 80% of all care!!!!!!!
