      None, truly the amount of Red Flags are everywhere and too many to count.

      No Leaders, Micro-Managers Terrible Healthcare So Lean- you are required to do the workload of 3/4 people.

      All negative about this bad company

      Cons

      It’s a very hostile, toxic work Environment. At this site the Customer service runs the site. You never have a say or your projects are Sabotage. You never know if your paycheck will bounce. It is a Rotating door with management. Stay away!!!!

      Generally really good co-workers potential for great products.

      Cons

      Sr. Management has no clue what they are doing - they make it up from day to day. Focus is on the daily or weekly P&L with ZERO idea how or where they want to take the company. It's all about getting their bonus payouts and then leaving! Also - Management is aware of illegality taking place from environmental and safety standpoint across dozens of plants but refuses to do the right thing!
