      Pros

      Very friendly work culture, mostly cooperative colleagues, great office space that facilitates networking and socializing

      Cons

      Fuzzy org structure w/ loosely defined job responsibilities. A sizeable proportion of HQ staff is new and trying to establish some method to the madness. Low profitability leads to little room for experimentation and risk-taking. The organization generally lacks discipline and well-defined processes that new team members can follow. Lot of unnecessary rework because of poor processes.

      Great people to work with for the most part.

      Cons

      Constant fear of plant closure. Watch you're back. Front office heavy with dead weight and overpaid office management. Backstabbers.
