1. You will be hired with all fancy role and project. The fact is you will be put in to project that is nothing to do with your role. 2. Offer letter looks really great and with fixed compensation. But you don't receive what is offered. If you raise a concern to HR you will not receive any response. 3. Leave polices are pathetic 4. No work life balance expectation would be minimum 14 hours every day. 5. Even if you work over time no compensation or benefits. 6. No cab facilities 7. No proper appraisal cycle . If you fall under April cycle of appraisal expect you appraisal to happen may end and finally to get the appraisal letter at July. If you raise a grievance on the same again wait till October to get that sorted after multiple mails and escalations. In short you have to wait half of the year to get this sorted.

The top most leadership folks doesn't have the proper people management skills due to which they never ever understand the issues of the employee. The just talk out of their mouth irrespective of how the other person take the words. No working hours. Its a 24hrs company irrespective of the project. No proper requirements. Whatever the recruitment team keeps you posted during the interviews is not true. One will know the reality once he/she is into the company.
