The people i worked directly with were kind, the work itself was fairly easy.

Cons

I was brutally beaten by a customer and abandoned by management, I was denied workers comp or unemployment, they tried to get me to come back to work while my eye was still swollen shut. HR lied to my manager and said they had spoken to me (they had not) and told her "He said he's ready to come back to work" As of 2 weeks after writing this, their "We would like to discuss this with you" reply means nothing, as they have not responded to my email.

Great employees, upper managment out of touch

You can hire and train amazing people, the benefits are great, their help desk gives great support

Cons

They have recently updated policies that really cut down on labor, people are working by themselves for hours at a time, customers walk away mad, you will be the only one in the store and they still expect you to clean bathrooms every hour with a never ending supply of customers(not talking about over night shift). DM's lie and scare employees so they can come in under labor budget. They are out of touch and instructed whole district not to hire part time because they don't know how to schedule. So if you are looking for employment and want to use their college benefit programs, don't even bother. You won't have time.

Horrid management, no bereavement policy for hourly workers. Will fire you if your parent passes away and you need time off.
