Upbeat atmosphere, fresh company image. Some improvement on benefits.

Cons

Upper (corporate) management seems unapproachable or has too high of expectations. No concern for the little guy. Pay is inconsistant. There could be more benefits/perks

Worked there about 6 months. Store Manager was easy to work with and was very flexible with scheduling work hours.

Cons

Typical big corporation. Too much training done on a computer, none of which really applied to my job function, waste of time. Granted training is just using common sense.
