Overall the environment was great. I loved the people I worked with and the customer base was great as well.

Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement. Also varying schedules were difficult to plan life events around.

None. Job is terrible. You don't want to work there.

Cons

Management was the worse of any company that I ever seen. No training for managers. Went through 5 of them in a year and half.

They have a great program for the Customer, Most customers Love Maverik for a fun and exciting shopping experience. Keeps them coming back for more. They try to make it fun place for the employees as well.

Cons

Employees soon realize however, Budgeted Labor Hours are few, Therefore All breaks are on the go,. No extra hours for training anyone. So usually they are thrown in, and it's sink or swim time. Very little hours to get everything done and others not giving their all each and everyday, Call off's, Backbiting and gossip leads to alot of Drama, "As The Maverik Turns!"
