Great benefits and growth potential, but poor management favoritism, - a star for the manager

Cons
The Store manager favored certain employees. She allowed the employees that did not do their jobs to basically steal time while the hard working employees (including myself) break our backs. The amount of times she called in was ridiculous. She had no accountability, when I did mention it to her she denied it and lied. I spent my 2nd month there solo managing. So taking time that I could have spent with my fam, I spent covering for her and other employees that could come in whenever they wanted. She was very condescending and you could not tell if she was telling the truth or lying. Also she had to hate one employee , if she wasn't hating on someone her day was not complete, with no rhyme or reason. She would make fun of people in there absence.
