      There is none the company is the worst

      Cons

      Everything about this company! They threaten you if you try to collect unemployment. HR is there only for the company. They employee the worst DM's who if you are not a store manager they will speak as if you're not there. They take you PTO time even though you can't take it. This is the worst place I've ever worked at. The new upper management think they're above everyone. They forget who actually makes the money for them. The store workers do upper management has no clue how to work in a store! Clueless.

      Pros

      Maverick takes good care of their hourly employees and their store managers. Good health benefits, good 401k. But the pros stop there and it's not enough.

      Cons

      Maverik does not care for its DM's. Crazy long work hours, middle of the night phone calls all the time and little pay. This should be a six-figure position with the work load and responsibilities and it is not even close, not even after bonuses.

      Pros

      Managers and overall culture were awesome and flexible with most situations. Work is easy to learn and maintain.

      Cons

      Pay is pretty terrible, not a livable wage in this location. No significant raises to current employees during COVID restrictions, but new employees were offered significantly more starting.
