Horrible management at store and district level. Beyond that you are just a fish in the sea.

New pay scales for store positions. Cashiers and Food Service Crew Members are $10+ (more if the minimum wage is higher), Lead Cashiers are $11.75- $12.25 an hour and Assist Managers are $14.25-$15.25 plus monthly team climb bonus potential of up to $.75 per hour worked.

Cons

Turnover can be a challenge, but its retail and its getting better.
