Bad business and lies

Pros

Holidays off and Decent Training.

Cons

The hours are awful. They never stay staffed. You will be asked to drive to other locations (no matter the distance) just because employees don't show up at another location. They are extremely unorganized. Hire store managers to manage store alone 2nd week. These hires will have no idea about what to do or how to works systems. Management is extremely arrogant and demand employees to sell lies.

nothing nothing nothing nothing nothing

Cons

they pay way way below the work load you are expected to handle. the only reason you make and kind of money is because you work 55 hrs a week with no lunches given. the regional managers constantly threaten you with firing. you are expected to hold all employees to a set of rules on how mavis wants thing done. lets not forget the rampant drug use buy most of the people there on the clock. if you speak up you will be transferred against your will just so you can keep the just long enough for them to fire you

Pros

They are always short handed in employees so hours are not limited 40-48 a week.

Cons

The company doesn’t promote or advertise so they try to squeeze blood out of a rock. Meaning they want sales and threaten to make sales putting pressure on their management and employees. Unnecessary.
