-Decent commission as long as you knock work out. -Lenient managers depending on location. -Weekly pay plus weekly commission. -40+ hours guaranteed. -Good starting point to obtain knowledge.

Cons

-$15 an hour. -Lack of training.

Tire technician and sales

Pros

Promotions are attainable from the entry level tire technician role. Nearly doubled pay as mechanic or assistant manager (sales.)

Cons

-Horrific schedule. One day off at a time, non consecutive. (Wed.+sun. Off.) -Overtime is scarce. -Entry level tire technician role is backbreaking work for minimum wage. Commission is basically non existent ($50/week)

Steady work schedule is about it.

Cons

Micromanagement by incompetent, and unreasonable upper management. Asking for a raise will cause upper management to scrutinize your hours causing you to make less than just keeping your mouth shut and getting over time. Use your pto or you will lose it. If you are salary you will be required to live at work, and do 2-3 peoples job responsibilities.
