The only pro is I like the people I work with
Cons
Its a revolving door for tire techs cause they get payed unfair ans Pays unfair for mechanics as well and i was literally told tires over service from a regional manager which service is how I'm supposed to make money as a mechanic and they drag you along about getting a raise even though you bust your butt and never late or call in and hire back people they shouldn't I could put more but I'm done
