working with customers, managers have salary

Not enough pay for the work, regional was constant calling even on days off, toxic atmosphere, managers make less per hour than assistant mangers because they make you work an extra 7 hours a week to make $75 more, every employee was stressed often.

Average/Okay rating for employee management i.e work schedules, overload of work, and/or short staff or workers. Horrible experience with the managers and management when I suffered a work accident that nearly cost me my life, management did not inquire or care about my well-being nor my health status going forward from that day
