Weekly Bonus (if achievable) Spend time coaching managers to be successful.

Cons

Almost everyone complains about the "higher ups" and they are not wrong. They will continue to make employees feel uncomfortable to get the numbers they are looking for. Nothing will ever change.

Decent job, ok entry level pay

For the most part, its a family oriented business. Salary + Commission 401k Medical Dental Paid Vacation Paid Personal Days Paid Sick Leave

Cons

They'll hire anyone. No experience necessary. Makes the work environment very hectic when the new guy doesn't know anything Micromanagement Gross Pay is $10-15 an hour + commission, making Gross hourly pay fluctuate between $15-25 an hour Take Home Pay is more $10-17 an hour after taxes, you have a quota to hit (that fluctuates with your hours on the clock) before you start making actual money, meaning you have to work fast and keep moving. There's a national call center that takes all calls and will overload the shop with work without confirming with the shop what's going on, or if there would be time.
