      Good pay and hours, less nonsense than Monro Muffler.

      Cons

      No loyalty, was sent to Chicago to train store managers of stores Mavis had just acquired. Contracted Covid while working for company. Was told under no circumstance not to return to work for 14 days by HR, that my job was secure. 2 weeks after returning to work I was asked how I felt and I answered honestly that I was still extremely weak. got a text, yes a text at 6 am on a Monday telling me my services were no longer needed. Mind you I had never been written up and I was 4th out of 12 stores in sales in the market. My bosses response when he called me later was that it was ordered by his bosses boss and no reason was given.

      Tire deliveries were irregular, inaccurate, and usually excessive when they did arrive. Inventory levels were inaccurate as a result, and this directly lowered manager potential bonuses. Upper management is disconnected and doesn't seem to care about the associates. One store in a region generally puts out good work and cleans up other locations mistakes, also furthering the potential to make a bonus. Missed vacation because there was not staff to ever cover time off. Found out that people are told they fired nearly anyone who's quit, even with 2 week notice and exceptional work done.
