Pros

Excellent organization to work for. One of the largest private automobile retailers in the industry. Growth opportunities for advancement. Competitive pay scale and bonus programs. If your goal oriented and money motivated this is the place to work.

Cons

Not many what organization doesn’t have its growing pains. There are obstacles that can be challenging to hit maximum bonus regarding payroll and overtime if your short staffed and need to have coverage in the shop over and above a five day 40 hour work week still maintaining profitability goals and customer satisfaction and time constraints issues. There should be exceptions made in those instances where Management and team step up overachieving and doing record numbers with a smaller crew.

Autonomy and flexibility to do your daily tasks as long as it does not deviate from the company plan. They will work with you if you need days off or certain times off. Fair pay with a rounded bonus system.

Cons

The hours can be long, but overtime is nice.
