      there isn't one..when it was Cole it was a company to work for..Mavis took away the honesty..

      paying for techs mistakes..being berated on a daily basis..long hours no help no respect

      Good incentive program, sometimes flexible, have a dedicated process company wide for just about everything

      Cons

      cameras and microphones everywhere. Understand the concept but to not even be able to walk to the bathroom without being watched is unreal.

      Pay was decent. Got to work with a talented group of individuals. Had a great customer base to deal with.

      Cons

      MICRO MANAGED. Actually we changed to nano managed. Process for everything, employees are very unhappy. You have to sell the Goodyear credit card one brake flush, one power steering flush two batteries and a minimum of two shocks and struts a day. They treat employees like dog poop. My advice is look for a career not a job. Oh yeah camera's and microphones everywhere recording everything. No signs posted for the customers warning them about it. Pretty sure that's illegal!! They cut the pay and hours of the tech's they make an average of 200-500 less a week.
