      Pros

      Mavis is one of the few companies that allow you to make your own paycheck, it's great, if you work harder and drive business, accommodate every customer with a great sense of urgency, and keep the customers coming back, you will be successful, they have a fail proof process that if followed properly, you will be successful. I have been with Mavis for 5 years and don't plan on leaving.

      Cons

      Thursdays we are open 8am untill 8:30pm, long day, but only work open to close as a store manager in most cases, over time, you get used to it, other than that I love it!

      Pay is hourly on top of commission so if you hit anything above you quota you get 10 off the top

      Cons

      They try to pay you bare minimum and you have to fight very very hard to get a raise and the hours suck

      Great pay, awesome benefits, great managers even all the way to the top they are all very helpful and understanding of anything you may need I started here about 5 years ago and I don’t plan on leaving I have made my way higher and higher within the company with opportunities at each turn

      I have no problems or concerns with the company at all
