Pros

It keeps me connected to the automotive work and its a way to meet new people and see new cars its a great learning experience

Cons

Managers not being able to manage stores and address isauaes to employees and the employees gets away with the same issue and walks off job and quits almost every day and still employed... Some employees cant read or write,

Most employees all work well together.

Cons

Micro-managed . Pressure to sell flushes that customer don’t need. Multiple calls a day about pushing customers into credit cards. Your just a body to Mavis. I’ve seen regionals on Glassdoor adding fake reviews.
