Many... Mavis undervalued employees who care, but does very little (besides empty write/ups) to coach and counsel under-performing employees... Mavis hires unqualified technicians cheap and wonders why vehicles come back fast and furious... Mavis demoted me while I was in the hospital, demoted another manager while he was on his honeymoon... Mavis discriminated and does not care if you are hard working, loyal, etc.... The regional training manager only spoke to manager and rarely to anyone else...
