Pros

A lot of training and checkups to make sure everything is going well, easy to reach management and manuals for all of the processes needed to run your position.

Cons

Sales driven company basing performance on your numbers. If you can sell you're good. if your customers aren't purchasing anything you're not so good.

Pros

What keeps me working at Mavis is they do right by their employees and our customers. Sales numbers are pushed like others have mentioned but goals are realistic with hard work. The company is insistent on the fact that only sell real work and don't rip anyone off which morally makes it a great place to work.

Cons

Like every job there are annoyances in the day but Corporate is the least of our problems. They support us as best they can.
