Pros

Compensation and health benefits are very good for performers. Upper management takes an active role to help managers be successful.

Cons

Constant focus on specific areas of the business is good and bad. It helps with employee pay. Pressure can be a bit much at times. Personal and vacation time are micro managed.

If you looking for a company that you can grow with look no further. Dedicated employees can move up quickly. Hard work and dedication are rewarded.

Cons

What are the cons? You are expected to make it to work at your scheduled time. You are expected to follow a process and listen to direction. If these simple task to you are a "con" then we are not for you.

If you can handle the workload you can make a living wage

Cons

Unknowledgeable service ,assistant and store managers make the tech's jobs so much more difficult . Health insurance program is trash .
