Great place to work

Pros

Great set of engineers world wide, fast paced, dynamic environment. If you like all of that, and consider yourself to be a good engineer, then this is the place in the high tech industry. Things are getting better with some new leadership in key areas who exhibit a vision which is longer and more strategic

Cons

short project schedules = long hours

Pros

there are some nice peple there

Cons

Management treats employees horribly. If you want employees to work long hours (days+nights+weekends, which are expected) you need to appreciate them for the efforts, not threaten them if they don't work more. Executives and senior management threaten and yell at employees all the time. Employees are intimidated to speak up if there is an issue. A collaborative and creative work environment is near impossible there. This behavior by executives shouldn't be tolerated, but HR doesn't do anything to help. They need to fire the President and get a real one who knows how to run a company.

Horrible culture

Pros

Good if you want an H1-B visa. They seem to prefer foreign employees who have lower salary requirements.

Cons

Horrible culture, too many employees who cannot speak English (majority are foreign employees), long work hours. No work/life balance, lack of direction, horrible management. Top management does not encourage their employees to grow. If you do something positive, they only tell you how you didn't do good enough.
