Pros

There are numerous pros that can be considered but the best is the team and the people. There are other pros as well like exposure to the core technology stack, getting to work on numerous projects simultaneously thus increasing the learning ability.

Cons

None that I can recall as of now.

Pros

my group works on home router software development. we get opportunity to work on multiple components. There is good documentation/videos for most of the topics, availability of complete code base (not just APIs) that helps in system understanding. There are many senior guys with vast knowledge and keep doing some knowledge sharing sessions. Good place to work if you have passion and looking for challenging work.

Cons

No options for office transportation if you don't want to use personal vehicle, limited food options etc. Communication from HR/Management is very limited. there is attendance register we have to manually make entries everyday.
