      Great local team (Valencia, Spain). Great managers, friendly colleagues - feels like a family. Top-notch technology, flows and methodology Ambitious targets (sometimes too high when under-staffed) Highly skilled and hard working employees

      Lack of hierarchy in the decision making process Late night meetings There are often changes of direction and they are poorly communicated, leading to people being confused and lose trust. Key people leaving the company

      Pros

      Salary is good. Projects are fast-paced and given a lot of responsibilities which make one learn quickly. The company is filled with great engineers who are very good in their respective fields.

      Cons

      Bad management. No appreciation for one's work. Weekends are mostly eaten up in work, a very hectic routine.
