      Pros

      A very good company for freshers to learn a lot and for experienced people to share and implement new ideas. A very supportive work culture with the focus on learning and friendly management. Flexible work schedule, encouraging environment, on time recognization of employee contributions, basic level health benefits, good food and fun atmosphere.

      Cons

      Enforcing change of policies should be smooth and should be done gradually.

We have many experts who understand the requirements of our junior members and address pain points in these trainings. We encourage our employees to reach out with areas or topics they would like to be trained in. Our employees have good job security and have no reason to think otherwise.

The manager is the go-to person for any issues they face, but the management is also approachable for any pertinent issues. We do provide loan facility to our associates, with minimal interest rates. Please reach out to the HR team for any queries. Domain training is conducted by our internal experts, who have been in the industry for a very long time. These training sessions are created after referring to multiple external modules available.
