6yHello there! The HR team ensures that English is the primary language of communication, both in formal and informal conversation. The different departments are instructed to avoid using vernacular languages as we have people from different parts of the globe.

6yHello! We conduct yearly appraisals for all our employees. They are rated based on their performance and their hike is directly based on it. We have provided one of the best revisions in the industry in 2019 and we look forward to rewarding all our deserving employees continuously. The cab timings have been restructured to coincide with the various shifts that we have. Feedback is an essential part of our culture and our leads and managers are equipped to provide constructive feedback for the betterment of every employee.
