Hello there! Thanks for your feedback. The team has taken necessary measures to improve the food quality from what it used to be. There are enough individual systems available for all our associates, and for any new recruits. The interview rounds are structured in a way to gauge the candidate's skill better. Sometimes we might require multiple rounds since we are interviewing multiple candidates and want to find the best fit.

Thanks for your feedback. Communication at MaxVal is entirely transparent. We conduct monthly townhalls with our associates and ensure we disperse any key information to them. We believe that communication is a two-way street, and also encourage our teams to reach out to us with any concerns. We have limited parking area allotted in the building by the vendor, however, we are working to get additional parking sots at the earliest.

Hi! Change is always challenging, especially if we are used to doing certain things in a specific way. Our change management approach ensures there is a smooth transition when adapting to new policies. Regarding employee contributions, rest assured that they are being taken into account and shared with the right stakeholders.
