      Hello! We regularly conduct various training sessions (both domain related and personal) within our organization. We have many experts who understand the requirements of our junior members and address pain points in these trainings. We encourage our employees to reach out with areas or topics they would like to be trained in. Our employees have good job security and have no reason to think otherwise.

      Hello! We have well-defined communication channels that our associates are aware of. The manager is the go-to person for any issues they face, but the management is also approachable for any pertinent issues. We do provide loan facility to our associates, with minimal interest rates. Please reach out to the HR team for any queries. Domain training is conducted by our internal experts, who have been in the industry for a very long time. These training sessions are created after referring to multiple external modules available.

      MaxVal is very well placed in its niche of intellectual asset management (IAM) in the IP domain. MaxVal has a challenging environment with a lot of scope for learning the IP domain. MaxVal has global presence and clients. Great incentives and employee-friendly policies. MaxVal's cafetaria has a new makeover.

      Deadlines have to be met.

We are in a competitive industry, where tardiness is not appreciated. However, we request employees to work with us to get the necessary support to meet set deadlines.
