I am with MaxVal for a little more than 5 years now. The journey has been rewarding and challenging so far. For those who are willing to explore their potential in the IP space, MaxVal is the right platform to nurture it. Friendly and professional atmosphere with proper guidance is an added advantage.

Cons

Not a con in true sense, but having meetings beyond office hours (even though you are informed/aware of it earlier) is sometimes frustrating.

Hello! We make sure that the meetings are scheduled within the working hours of our associates. Client-facing roles do require associates to join calls after business hours to accommodate client requests. But this would be communicated to the individual while interviewing for the role. Top performers are always awarded cash awards and are also taken care of during the appraisal process.

Co-employees all around with busy schedules helping one another in a single motive to provide perfect and trustworthy services in IP industry hassel free work environment, keeps you always busy with lots of fun @ work. Hi there! We do have industry-standard utilities in all of our offices. The office is regularly kept clean by our dedicated housekeeping staff. There are regular internal team discussions which seek to address any issues and come up with a resolution plan for the same. The shift timings are also fixed for the various teams and are communicated beforehand.
