New management is supportive. No more long working hours. Great cafeteria, Free lunch and dinner. No more bond and no more certificate. Very Friendly environment.

Good Working environment, friendly employees and Team Leaders. But lacking in proper management

Cons

11 hours of work. Bond for 1 year with producing all original certificates make this more worst.

Hello! We don't require original certificates at the time of joining. We follow an 8-hour work structure and seldom ask our employees to extend further. Work-life balance is important to us.
