      Pros

      Get groomed well personally & professionally. MaxVal always says to the new joinees - we welcome you to the MaxVal family, its true MaxVal is another family to me. Co-employees all around with busy schedules helping one another in a single motive to provide perfect and trustworthy services in IP industry hassel free work environment, keeps you always busy with lots of fun @ work. Really its gr8 to have such a workplace, Wishing MaxVal a Gr8 future ahead.

      Hi there! We do have industry-standard utilities in all of our offices. The office is regularly kept clean by our dedicated housekeeping staff. There are regular internal team discussions which seek to address any issues and come up with a resolution plan for the same. The shift timings are also fixed for the various teams and are communicated beforehand.

      The new Management has bring lots of new initiative in terms of company policies which is good and happy to work with this Management. Initiative Like: Free transportation Good food with neat Cafeteria No more 2 years Bond No more original certificate submission No more long rounds of interview Felix shift timings new HR policies Free employee Insurance Providing Employee Basics needs ( Good food, Transportation,Insurance ) New Desktops with 17'' Screen (Big screen ) New technology adopted while hiring a candidates Neat Work Place Round the clock Security and Housekeeping 5 digit salary to Fresher Digitizing overall process in the company Friendly reporting Managers

      Hikes and Bonus, but any company cant satisfies each and every employee's its depends upon individual performance

      Hello there! MaxVal regularly provides hikes after every annual appraisal. We do give bonuses in our monthly townhall gatherings. We believe that appreciation is key to a happy work culture.
