Pros

Worked for 6 years and what ever they promised it was given to me , even I joined the client full time and they help me to be full time of there client .

Cons

Very open and transparent to there employee's due to that employees misuse the system

Pros

since 1993, I am working for them , left Maxima several times in between for better growth but rejoined Maxima . None of the company take good care of employees like Maxima.

Cons

Less admin staff , but very proactive . some delay but work will be done smoothly and flawless.

Flex time Work remote Great pay People are very nice.

Cons

Small Capital raised not enough to keep up with expenses. I guess that's typical of all startups.
