As you mentioned that you worked for more than a year then you must be very much familiar that the higher management is easily approachable to any employee, if their problems are not being address or resolved by their immediate supervisors or managers. Regarding the PF transfer issue, where you mentioned that the exit date is not updated to the PF department, please go through the below notes. The HR team immediately approaches the PF team to update the records with the employee exit date so that none should not be facing any issues due to it. You can call or email to the HR person also in regards to the same to update the records if its missed by the team. The contact details of the HR person in charge are very well mentioned in the PF portal. In this case we have not received any query or request from any of our former employees. You can easily approach to the PF office with a copy of your Adhar card and relieving letter from the organization and they can update your record with a small application from your side. If you don’t have a relieving letter, then it’s clear that you must be someone who absconded from the organization or have not gone through the proper exit process.
