Cons

Hiring team told me before joining that I will get onsite opportunity immediately. Beliving on them I left my good company and joined them. Within 3 months of joining I came to know that the project is short termed and then after that I had no work. Within a span of one year I have to leave that company. Indirectly my career was spoiled. Yes...the hiring pair is responsible for the same. They are the one $$ who showed me fake dreams.

Not Enough work

Pros

1) Company is only for fresher candidate not for Experienced 2) Fresher candidate can work here for at least 2-3 year as they have only a very basic work

Cons

1) Interviewer people never know what exactly requirement in project (Lead people not having enough knowledge on specific technology) 2) They don't have enough project nor work in Oracle Application 3) If Lead is wrong somewhere then Management People only support to lead people they don't care seriousness of issue

Pros

I have been part of this organization for more than 3 years and within this time spam, I have been always supported and motivated to move ahead in career to achieve the goals and make myself updated with the outside IT world. The Development center head with very supportive and always encourages you to do the best.

Cons

Cafeteria space need to be little expanded, or else everything is fine here.
