Very disorganized company! They don't take employees seriously. Maximus is known for making last minute changes constantly not taking employees into consideration. If you dont like it you are asked to leave.

Pros

Downtown location makes for nice walk on sunny days. co-workers are mostly cool and helpful. Nice building. Great location if you like to eat lunch out at various restaurants. Building has a gym.

Cons

Parking is expensive, Lots of management changes with very little communication. Lots of rumors and lies. Long time contractors being told there is a hiring freeze yet they keep hiring individuals from outside. rumors of impending layoffs and jobs moving out of Denver. The office remodel and new cubicles are a joke. If you like sitting in a call center type environment with little privacy and almost sitting in your neighbors lap you'll love this place.

Poor supervisor, poor team lead. Thinking about working here......run as fast as you can in the opposite direction - AWAY. Not sure if its legal in labor laws, but it sure is unpleasant and insenitive to have employees who are working their last 90 days after being laid off while the organization is transferring in and training other employees to do the job.
